Return / Exchange Policy

At Evara by Vaasuki, every piece is carefully inspected and packed with love before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we currently accept exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
– your order number
– clear photos/videos
– a complete unboxing video
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:
Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit based on product availability.
